We are looking for an experienced early years professional ready to take on a new adventure! We are a rural preschool set in a vibrant supportive community, and we are looking for a new setting leader who will take advantage of our amazing facilities and outdoor space to develop our offering.
There’s real scope for the right candidate to make their mark and grow their career, and we can offer a rare opportunity to shape the future of the setting. The safety of the children in our care is the highest priority, so you will be fully qualified to Level 3 and have extensive safeguarding experience. You’ll of course be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and Ofsted vetting. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the preschool with excellent support in place from a strong team and parent-led management committee. We can offer great flexibility for term time only working subject to discussion.
